sunday coffee project was started in the fall of 2021 with the desire to source and roast high quality coffees and produce apparel & lifestyle goods that will make you love your sundays (and other days too) as much as we do.

our values:

excellence - our goal is to be among the highest quality coffee roasters in the world. we have a long way to go, but we’re committed to never being satisfied with where we are and continually pushing ourselves to improve.

transparency - the price of coffee is very volatile and typically the people most impacted by that are coffee farmers and producers, who often don’t make enough money to break even. we are committed to working with importers & exporters that are paying well above the c-market price (the global price of coffee set daily on the NYSE) - to ensure that farmers are not only breaking even, but are making a profit to reinvest into their farms and earn a living wage.
