Bio: The Regular Blend was inspired by Aaron’s (our roaster) mom. After a long flight from the US to Australia, she went to a cafe and tried to order a “regular”. The barista stared blankly back trying to decipher what that could possibly mean. She was so jet lagged that she didn’t realize she had said “regular” instead of “latte”. Luckily, Aaron was there to translate, and get her the coffee she desperately needed.
That’s what this blend embodies. It requires no thought. It’s just good. It’s what you want on the regs. Chocolatey & creamy. Sweet. Well rounded. Big enough to hold its own in a latte. Nuanced enough to make a great drip coffee as well.
